This policy explains what we collect when you visit hubbase.app or use Hubbase, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Invite requests: the name, email, company, website, phone and notes you submit, to review your request and send your invite.
• Account data: your name, email and password hash, and the workspaces you belong to.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your sites' data: content, products, orders and form responses you and your visitors create. We process this only to provide the service to you.
• Usage: basic, cookie-less page-view counts and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To run and improve Hubbase, bill your subscription, send service emails, prevent abuse and support you. We don't sell personal information.

Processors

Hosting and storage (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery (the provider configured for your workspace), and AI providers you enable. Each processes data only on our or your instructions.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited time afterwards for legal and backup purposes. Declined invite requests are kept for up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can access, export or delete your data, and ask us to delete your invite request, by contacting us. You can close your account at any time.
